Dawn Ferrandino (She/Her)

Client Care Manager for And Still We Rise. Dawn’s primary focus is on promoting the growth of the Client Care Team in areas of leadership, administrative excellence, client-centered care, and education. She is at her best when her work has some positive impact on the wellbeing of others and she has years of successful management experience with client care and nonprofit operations. In previous roles, Dawn was actively engaged with organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and mentorship programs. Dawn received her BA in Sociology from the University of South Florida and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Perdue University Global. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, audio books, and painting.
