Natali Rauseo-Ricupero, MSW (She/Her)

Senior Liberation Consultant for And Still We Rise. Rauseo-Ricupero approaches her work using a trauma-informed lens set within an anti-racism framework. She continues to be inspired by the people she works with, and is passionate about creating more equitable and accessible health care options.

Rauseo-Ricupero’s extensive professional experience include clinical and management roles in residential programs, inpatient hospital environments, mental health research, and community counseling settings. Rauseo-Ricupero holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University and a Master of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work.

In her spare time, Rauseo-Ricupero enjoys learning new things, going for runs around the city, and spending time with her dog.
