“Dr. Cesar is passionate, and absolutely unrivaled in connecting with my BIPOC students. She developed lessons to teach them self awareness, build community, and improve their overall understanding and comfortability in their Black/Brown skin. She is such an amazing educator and mental health provider. We were sad to lose her, but Dr. Louis has kept the flame burning just as bright. I am so grateful for the work of ASWR. EVERY school district needs an ASWR provider. I promise you will not be disappointed! ”

“Once I completed my consultation application, Roborta got back to me very quickly to set a appointment. It was a very quick meeting and she understood exactly what we wanted and helped us out. Agenda and price was also send very quickly. Richelene had such a welcoming spirit! Her enhancement kept all of us engaged and conferable. It was a 10/10 experience everyone was so nice and helpful! All the students involved had such a great time and we learned so much.”

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

And Still We Rise has been a welcomed partner to provide guidance and services to BIPOC families following a racially-motivated hate crime. They were able to quickly pull together a team of professional in the direct aftermath to support the families in this tragedy. Further, we continued our work with And Still We Rise in leading workshops focused on affinity groups to explore means to improve solidarity. The team at And Still We Rise has been engaged, attentive and very professional.

“I was referred to ASWR by a former colleague. As a financial coach working with folks who are low-income and coincidentally experiencing other difficult and/or traumatic situations during multiple worldly crises, I sometimes find it difficult to not only show up fully at work with my colleagues, but also with my clients. At times, I take my mental workload home with me and experience vicarious trauma through my client interactions. Compass hoped to provide a short, introductory training about how vicarious trauma can affect us professionally and personally, and to provide actionable steps we can take as a method of self-care. Alexandria and Sienna were personable, easy to work with, very professional, and able to understand what support Compass needed. The feedback we received from the event attendees was overwhelmingly positive and we've received requests to continue this learning with more mental health-focused trainings. I hope to bring ASWR back to Compass!”
