Beverly Rogers, MSW, LICSW (She/Her)
Beverly Rogers is a licensed clinical social worker and a consultant specializing in education, restorative justice, and social-emotional learning. With over a decade of experience in school-based and community settings, Beverly is deeply committed to creating healing spaces and uplifting the voices of those who have not been heard. She believes in the power of restorative practices and trauma-informed care to foster connection, inclusion, and meaningful change.
She holds a Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, she is a licensed School Adjustment Counselor/Social Worker through the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Beverly has worked as a school social worker in both Framingham and Cambridge Public Schools, where she facilitated restorative circles, crisis interventions, and professional development for educators. She has also provided post-adoption support, family stabilization, and mental health services, equipping her with a deep understanding of child development, attachment, and trauma-responsive care.
In addition to her direct work with students and families, Beverly is trained in Data Wise Leadership (Harvard University) and Restorative Justice (Suffolk University), making her a valuable resource for schools and organizations looking to implement equitable, evidence-based strategies.
Beverly works to build inclusive, restorative, and emotionally supportive environments where all individuals can thrive. Her passion lies in fostering spaces of healing, belonging, and empowerment, ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to be seen, heard, and valued.
In her spare time, Beverly enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, being active, going to the beach and fall activities. Beverly also loves cooking and exploring new cuisines, as Beverly believes that food has a unique way of bringing people together.
