Team Experience Manager for And Still We Rise, Sydnee focuses on employee engagement, recruitment and selection, learning and development, benefits administration, and compliance. Sydnee believes that BIPOC representation in medicine saves lives, and to be in support of that effort in any capacity is the ultimate goal. Sydnee graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2018 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Sydnee previously worked for the University of Washington as an HR Specialist. In her downtime, Sydnee loves to go biking with her partner and spending time with her dog Charlotte.
